Dewatering: Aquarius Building
     
             
   


Well point dewatering of a 2 level basement parking area on the inside of the lateral support.  Well points totalling 166 connected to a 4" pump were installed to a dept of 3 meters below sea level.  The volume of water removed was 160m3/h - 24 Hours.  Period of 4.5 months.


 		  
             
             

Dewatering: Roggebaai Square
     
             
    Current dewatering project in progress.  Wellpoints at 4.5m below sea level in coarse shale layer below fine clay on soft rockbed.  Reclaimed land in old Cape Town Harbour area.
